How do I delete a user??
I can deactivate a user, but I want to delete the user??

You can't delete a user. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to track this users' contributions after you've removed their access.

Hi,

I have installed Hayes 1.8.2 and integrated AD. I deactivated a AD user account for testing purpose. How can I reactivate the user again as I tried to relogin with this account but it's not possible any more

If you've deactivated the account in AD you should be able to simply reactivate for the user to be able to login again.

Did you also deactivate the account in control panel/user management?

Hi Max,

sorry for my explenation. I only deactivated the account in the control panel/user management and here I have the problem in reactivating the account. Means that the AD account that was disabled in the control panel/user management can't login any more.

If you deactivated the account in control panel/user management, you should be able to reactivate by selecting the Deactivated filter on the right, select the account(s), click activate on the upper drop down and click the right arrow to make it happen.
