User management/Access Control - Selective editing capability

Hello,

I want to create a system in which an admin created ID or the anonymous login has access to Edit in only 1 part/hierarchy of the Deki (like a sandbox), while having only View access to the other 99% of the Deki.

Can such a thing be implemented without doing Restrict Page to the other 99% of the website for each of the other Contributors?

Until group support is completed, it won't be easy to achieve this. We're already working on group support and it should be available in the Itasca release, which is tentatively scheduled for Nov/Dec.
