MindTouch as "just" document collaboration or more?

Hello,

Are there anyone "out there" that uses Mindtouch (any version) to more then "just" document collaboration?

Any integration with other systems, like Change management / helpdesk (issue trackers) or anything ITIL related?

I'm curious to know, Mindtouch looks like it fills the document collaboration bit in every way imaginable, however I am interested to know the above still :-)

There are lots of people here who integrate MindTouch with various other systems - one example is the integration MindTouch themselves use with their issue tracker; see http://developer.mindtouch.com/en/docs/MindTouch/Release_Notes/Olympic_(10.0) for an example.
