We are looking at MindTouch, and need to have some information from other adopters about their experiences. Are you willing to tell us what the implementation of MindTouch has meant to your business?
Did it start out as a small group initiative and grow to be used in the whole business, or id it start out as a corporate initiative?
Has it met the needs it was intended to meet? Has it met needs that you didn't anticipate it would meet?
What pieces-parts do you use? Wiki-only? Wiki and forum? Something else?
How do you handle security and access control? Is it wide open, or controlled by role-based group permissions, or everything is private and individual page owners invite other participants as needed/desired?
Whatever you'd be willing to tell us would be great!!!
