Looks like you installed MindTouch 2009. Try going to trial.mindtouch.com and generating a new "mindtouch 2009" license.

Are you using a separate browser for that other user? Sounds like that window is cached. It is definitely a bug.

Support from MindTouch requires at least Platform. That doesn't mean Core is any less stable - we build everything on top of it. We just don't support it.
