    Default localhost not responding after Deki install

    Trying to install on WinXP (native). Install seems to go okay. (Get error message about bad parameter in langauge file). But my problem is that localhost isn't responding at all. It just sits there and spins until it times out and I get the "Your wiki is down" message. I've tried re-booting but no luck. Apache responds to localhost okay just before I do the Deki install, but after the Deki install I'm dead in the water.

    I'm placing my Deki-Hayes folder on my F: drive. Would that cause any issues?

    UPDATE: Deki successfully installed after trying another set of instructions.
