Imagemagick Installed on VM

Can't imagemagick come installed on the VM version of Deki? It seems to me that everyone is going to want it anyways.

The application is installed, but the service isn't configured out-of-the-box for it. The reason is that the configuration needs to work for both the VM and source installation.
