Pagelock when editing page.

Hi,

I read that Deki is using a world-level merge approach when users edit the same page simultaneous.

We come from Dokuwiki and there the Pagelock was a perfect solution for us. Is there anyone who have tried to solve the problem like that?

I just had a chat with two of our sysadmins that were editing the same page. I was rather surprised that it worked this way..

Page locks are NOT supported. They tend to be problematic and limit collaboration. Of course, we're always trying to improve the product, so we're looking at providing a warning if you edit a page that is being edited by somebody else. That should be good enough for most cases and avoids the pitfall of a page that remains in a locked state for excessively long.
