Password for mail accout should be hidden/encrypted

It would be more safe if the password for the mail account (table "config", config key "mail/smtp-password" would be hidden. Also in the configurations view the password is visible currently.

That information is only available with the apikey. The password needs to be visible in clear text so that dependent services can read the value.
