Currently running Deki 9.08.1. And, still haven't been able to solve the "editor not working problem."
Trying to build the dll myself and see if it works...but...keep getting "unhandled exception error" while building. Arrggghh!!!!

Could somebody build a mindtouch.deki.dll (patched again 9.08.1) and upload?

I just assigned this bug to triage. I'm surprised it hadn't been reviewed and assigned to a release earlier. Apologies for the delay.

How is the implementation procedure on a Windows Server? I've got the 9.08.1 running on IIS6.
    Thanks in advance.

I'd like to add my vote to having this available for us commercial users too. If the authors of the changes are OK with that.

I've added a comment on the dev page too.

Should Mindtouch take this up it would be a nice option to select this menu via the control panel. If it was also possible to set the list order other than alphabetic that would be even better.
