Adding Web services in Mindtouch

I have a web service on http://biofood-coop-ca:8084/Face/ListProduct?wsdl. the web service works properly. But, When I integrate this web service on mindtouch Deki wiki like a remote extension. I get this error :

Could not connect to API

Status HTTP returned = 0 ; is currently not accessible.<br/>http://localhost:8081/deki/site/serv...=192.168.1.118

OS: windows xp pro services pack 3
MindTouch Core v.9.02.1
web service from NetBeans using Apache Tomcat

I'd like to know how can i integrate a web service on mindtouch like a remote extension?
