    Default Editor: Save as Draft

When I am working on a revision of a page that has been published, have made some changes but do not want to publish yet, just want to save changes and take a lunch break to come back and continue my work later. It would be great to be able to save this work as a draft.

I know what you mean. It's not an uncommon use case. Their are a few compilcations, like what if you forget about it when you come back from lunch? Or, if someone else attempts to edit the page after you saved a draft?

As an alternative, it would be nice to be able to "copy" a page. For instance, you would copy the page you want to edit your user page, edit it there, and then copy it back. Would that do as well?
