I'm setting up Deki Wiki on Windows XP SP2. I have followed the installation instructions located here up until the point of the environment check. I don't want to proceed any further until I can get some of the warnings issued addressed.

The first warning
Warning: ImageMagick 'identify' was not found. Please specify the path in the Advanced Configuration section...
I understand will be resolved by setting the appropriate path to the identify.exe in the advanced configuration setting, but I'm also getting a few other warnings which I don't know how to resolve:

Warning: html2ps was not found. html2ps is required for exporting to PDF.
Warning: ps2pdf was not found. ps2pdf is required for exporting to PDF.
Warning: aspell was not found. aspell is required for spell checking support.
I have installed the Aspell software along with the English language pack. The other two I don't know anything about. Can someone please assist me?

Specs on the system I'm running:
  • Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600] SP2
  • Apache 2.2.4 from the Windows MSI [no ssl]
  • MySql 5.0.45
  • PHP 5.2.3
  • Aspell 0.50.3.3
  • ImageMagick 6.3.5-9
