Yes. Thinkfree will be bringing out a new version of their SDK very soon that should enable editing with their tools. But it will be probably until September until it's released (and don't hold me to that date! ).

WebDAV is currently on a holding pattern. I found only one open source .Net project, but the license terms are not compatible. If you know of any, please post them here. Thanks.

ThinkFree Server Integrator

Lyons release may no longer supports ThinkFree Viewer extension. However, ThinkFree offers a robust Viewer functionality as part of its self-hosted/on-premise server product that includes edit capabilities.

ThinkFree Server Integrator supports backend integration supporting FTP, WebDav, DB file structure and major operating systems such as windows/linux. For additional information, please refer to http://product.thinkfree.com/serverint.

Just to be clear, it's not Lyons that no longer supports ThinkFree Viewer, it's ThinkFree that no longer supports it! We're big fans of ThinkFree and hope there will be a way for our users to easily leverage their awesome work, but I'm still waiting to hear back from them on how this could be done.

Also, for those interested, we have an experimental ThinkFree Serer Integrator module. If you use TFSI and are intersted, drop us a line.

Lastly, but not least, Lyons also supports now WebDAV making MS Office integration a snap.
