Default New Page Templates - Permission

I have some troubles with the new "New Page Template" feature from MindTouch 2010.
Only a user with the role "Admin" can change the template type ("Edit details"), is this correct?

So I created a template with a admin User, changed it's type to "New Page" and tried it with the same user - That works as it should (The button "New page" opens the wizard where I can select this newly created template). With another user, the "New page" button does open the New page wizard, but this does not contain my template. There are only the 3 Standard templates available. Is this a bug?

Are you using a separate browser for that other user? Sounds like that window is cached. It is definitely a bug.

    1. Only admins can set template details.

    2. Did you permission the templates? If you visit Template: as the user with problems, can you see the templates? If not, then the user does not have permission to see the templates and thus cannot see them in the dialog.

The permission of this template is public and I can see this template with other users, but it does not appear in the new page wizard.
I tried it with several browsers, cleared the cache, logged in and out... No matter what I do, it only appears with the admin user...

Does restarting the API resolve the issue?

    /etc/init.d/dekiwiki restart
