Wink agreed - too many places to find the same info...

When I went searching on installing on CentOS / RHEL5 I found a number of pages saying similar but often slightly different things... since the "official" instructions has a MONO 2.4.3 RPM method I was wondering why there was no MONO repo too ? Which led me to search and find more confusion and searching for a working Repo? In the end I just followed the official RPM 2.4.3 install... But have now discovered found a few forum posts with a working solution - here and on opensuse forums. Arrrgh! Waste of time :-p

@crb - Haven't you now "fixed it up" and put the updated Mono repo in to the section that is to do with Mindtouch Repo... ? :-) Or is that what you were already saying ?

Also that Mono Repo does not have mod_mono apache module... is that an issue for Mindtouch installs ?

@matth3wh The rpm we posted will work well with MindTouch installations. It has been compiled by one of our engineers and is being used with production installations of MindTouch. Let me know if you have any other questions about this.

    Thanks
