How can I write an article with html code as example and the code should not be interpreted or parsed?

Just type it in. You can use the 'Formatted' style if you like to use monospace font. Other than that, you don't have to do anything special if you're editing WYSIWYG mode. Angular brackets (<>) are automatically escaped.
