MindTouch Core (Pipestone) update to 10.1.3

i got the VM of version of 10.1.0 , and i need to know how to update it to 10.1.3 ,
the problem is that i need to do it manually, since the host dosent have web access,
where can i find a guide for that?

Why don't you d/l the latest VM version to a separate VM then migrate your data across?
