How to hide certain fields in XML file

I just deployed a test instance of MindTouch and notice that the http://mySite/@api/deki/pages/home XML page shows the actual email address of the admin user (<email>test@test.com</email>) whereas other implementations I've seen show <email hidden="true"/> and hide the actual email address. How can I go about hiding the email address in this manner?

Since you're logged in as an admin, the API will show you additional information. Log out and try again.
