whats the position on using the dekiwiki name for commercial purposes. I saw a long discussions on this, on the moodle forum so i thought i should ask here.

I'm not sure. I can't imagine why you wouldn't be able to use DekiWiki. In fact, we would prefer if you did mention MindTouch so folks could find all our products (commercial and otherwise). Post the link to the Moodle discussion. Maybe I'm missing something.

Although I value Moodle I don't agree with his position on this. As long as it's clear that it's not being asserted by a person that they are MindTouch I can't imagine why we would have a problem with them displaying our logo. In fact, some recent projects, like SugarCRM, are insisting that users of their software do this. I don't agree with this either.
